❖ Please do not edit the original art (cropping is fine).
❖ Failure to comply with my terms of service will result in a blacklist.
❖ Once the commission is completed please download the file. I clean out my gallery from time to time.
❖ By purchasing any of my services, you have automatically accepted my Terms of Service and must oblige to follow them.
✨ PAYMENT ✨
❖ Payment (USD) is paid upfront (Paypal).
❖ Payments should be completed within 5 days of the invoice being sent.
❖ If you do not pay within the time limit, the commission will be cancelled.
❖ Refunds are only possible BEFORE I work on the commission.
❖ Refunds are absolutely NOT possible once the sketch has been delivered.

❖ All commissions are for personal use only.
❖ If the piece is for commercial use, add 100% to the base price.
❖ Commissioners are kindly requested to re-upload with proper credit given (@mimpish)
❖ I reserve the right to use the original art for advertising and sample purposes.
💫 PROGRESS 💫
1. DMs me on Instagram @minhthebird.art for commission
2. After your request has been approved, an invoice will be sent via PayPal.
3. Once full payment has been received, I will start your commission.
4. A sketch will be sent for changes and approval. Please make sure you are happy with the posing and expression in the sketch. Changes after approval will be subject to extra charge.
5. The final artwork and files will be sent to your provided contact (email/discord).
